Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your KEKSEMILK merch! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you’ll receive store credit or an exchange for another item of your choice.
Food products (cookies, etc.) are non-returnable due to South Carolina home kitchen laws.
Please contact us before sending any returns to confirm your order details and receive return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued as store credit only after your return is received and approved. Credit can be applied toward any future KEKSEMILK purchase.
